    Exercise & Assignment Brief

    Final Project

The lecturer asked that each group investigate a given topic and divide the information into narrative and visualization parts so that viewers can be educated about the problem. The question 'what, why, where, when, who, and how' had to be used to build a narrative before sending the information to the storyboard. Additionally, relevant visual information had to be used to create a connection between information about infographics.

    Expected outcomes:
    1. An animated infographic informing the audience about a given topic (min 1.5 - max 3 min video)
    2. Must include some form of data/statistics.
    3. Must use the questioning technique and provide answers.

The topic we chose: The Impact of Social Media on Society

While checking the video Areeya edited, I realized that the interval between the Intro and Growth parts was too short. So I increased its time using Adobe Premiere Pro.

    FEEDBACK

    WEEK 6

Specific Feedback: He mentioned we need the subtitles since some people may have difficulty listening or may not make an effort to listen. Also, he suggested adding background music for a higher level of perfection. But he complimented the characters and design, mentioning that they were cute.

General Feedback: He said we don't have that much time, so it would be better to get it done quickly.

    WEEK 8

    Specific Feedback: No specific Feedback

General Feedback:.The last time I asked because I wanted the lecturer's feedback, he said that everything was good overall.

    REFLECTION

In this final project, we had to make a video of the character moving. At first, when I was performing the task, it was the first time I had to make a long video like this, so I didn't know what to do. I think it took a long time to plan how to do it because the lecturer said that the process should be systematically recorded in E-portfolio. However, because of the team members, there were many good opinions, and I also heard the lecturer refer to the assignments that the seniors did, so we were able to make it easier.

Animation had a positive impact that was my part because I sketched it earlier, so the image was clear. However, the process of animating wasn't always smooth sailing, as the software used sometimes caused errors and presented technical challenges. However, the process of making a video by combining my part and the parts of other team members and selecting music to complete the video was interesting and fun.
